Templvm Concordia

Concordia was the Roman goddess who represented the resolution of conflicts within Roman society.

Her oldest temple was built near the Forum in 367 BCE after a truce in the conflict of orders. A festival was held in her honor in July. The temple was rebuilt by Opimius after the Gracchan controversy and rededicated as the Concordia Augusta in 10 CE by Emperor Tiberius.

Please ascend the staircase to enter the temple.
